Jordan "Tehaweiakaron" Thompson

Today Jordan "Tehaweiakaron" Thompson came to visit the 8th Grade Studio Art Class to show them his artwork. Jordan is also the J.O.M. (Johnson O'Malley Program) tutor who works with Native American students in grades 9-12 at the Salmon River Central High School. Mr. Thompson is from Akwesasne, NY. He creates artwork on commission, designs tattoos, and has had one of his drawing presented to and blessed by the Pope, and then hung in the Vatican (in Italy) as the official portrait of Kateri Tekakwitha!
